We have provided our application in a Microsoft Word format, as well as an Adobe version. We recommend using our word documents so you can complete the application on your computer in a format that can be saved and emailed. If you so choose, we have also provided all of the required documents in an Adobe format.

* Please note that UPS Capital Business Credit will also accept most of the standard US Government Small Business documentation supplied on the SBA.gov Website. If you have already completed these forms, please speak with our support staff to verify which of these forms can be accepted in absence of our documentation.
